Helixforge.edu.pl records only standard server logs and optional newsletter sign-ups. No personal data beyond email addresses is stored, and logs are retained for thirty days before deletion.

The site uses essential cookies for session management and a single analytics cookie that does not track across domains. Visitors may disable non-essential cookies without loss of core functionality.

Individuals may request deletion of their newsletter data or access logs by writing to privacy@helixforge.edu.pl. Requests are processed within one month in accordance with Polish and EU regulations.
